I also forget to be kind to myself and start feeling shame and guilt for my scrolling habits which prevents me from taking action to change the habit. As you said I need to be more compassionate and kind to myself , so that I can make sacrifices for changing my behavior

One idea would be to participate in our group delight chat (where we share photos or anecdotes of things that delight us each day) -- and perhaps make a point of specifically trying to notice little things that make you smile or that strike you as humorously absurd -- just as a way to begin to train yourself to notice the playful side of life.
