This framing is so great. It really is powerful watching somebody have so much fun!!!

Yeah, wow, I love how much it touched so many people. Could this become a new American vibe?? 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Yup! We need a return to fun. The U.S. Olympic men’s hockey team let their joy be known too.

yaasss! Totally agree, it's a great reminder to all of us, that when we return on our own terms, do things for the sheer intrinsic child-like fun of it, the rest will follow.

Yeah. I think my motto for the week might be--follow the fun! It's kinda cool to think about what might happen!

I'm in the UK so didn't have access to the vid. However, your post was joyful in itself and reminded me to give myself a break. Thanks for your work🙏🏻🤩

That part where Alysa Liu realized she could skate without the crushing weight of competition is a total mic drop moment. Talk about redefining success on your own terms.

I think it's also so powerful because she has experienced the opposite of that, with her story of her childhood being over-controlled and not feeling like she had freedom to be a kid. So, sometimes the things we think make us (or our kids) productive might be building outer results at a steep inner cost, versus this self-led, experience-led approach producing BOTH inner joy and outer success!
